London, UK – 12 December 2025 – The board of Elevate Women Limited is pleased to
announce that the company has completed the acquisition of selected brand, intellectual
property, digital and community assets associated with the trading name “Women’s
Business Club” (the “Women’s Business Club Brand”), marking the beginning of a new and
forward-looking chapter for the community the brand has served for over a decade.
This transaction has been completed by way of an asset purchase only. Elevate Women
Limited has not acquired the business of King’s Daughters Ltd or Women’s Business Club
as a going concern, nor has it assumed any debts, liabilities, obligations, or creditor
responsibilities of any previous owner or operator, except where expressly agreed in writing
as part of the asset purchase.
Elevate Women Limited will operate Women’s Business Club under new ownership,
governance and structure, with a clear focus on transparency, accountability and
sustainable growth.
The company is guided by a committed and experienced board of directors — Catherine
McGuire, David B Horne, Nicola Marshman, Sabrina Kumar, Rhonda Fairweather, and
Mel Arnold — who stand together with a shared vision: to build upon the Women’s Business
Club brand assets and community platform and to create expanded opportunities for women
to connect, grow and lead with confidence.
