Our client, an exclusive use wedding & event venue located in Cheltenham, is looking for a talented and dedicated Wedding Consultant to join their team.
Duties will include:
” Meeting prospective couples and selling the venue
” Converting enquiries into bookings
” Liaising with existing bookings; responding to queries and attending client events.
” Planning booked weddings, finalizing details using their CRM system Salesforce
” Meeting sales targets for upsell during the Customer Journey
” Liaising with internal departments to ensure the fine details are followed through
” Liaising with third party suppliers on the client’s behalf
Essentials:
” Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels
” Ability to be flexible regarding workloads and varying circumstances, work to targets and record information accurately, clearly and concisely
” Knowledge of a CRM system, ideally Salesforce but not essential
” Experience in a wedding coordination role – this is not a first time appointment
” You must be charming, charismatic, caring and be willing to the extra mile to make each wedding day the best it can be.
The hours for this role are 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis covering 8am to 8pm.
The salary for this role is between £18,000 and £20,000 depending on experience. After completion of the initial 12 weeks you will then be eligible for target related bonuses.
