Social Media Administrator
My client based on the outskirts of Gloucestershire is looking for a new member of staff to join their team in a really exciting period of growth and expansion. This is a newly created role and as such there are no previous shoes to fill so this could be a fabulous opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark.
The role is incredibly varied and will have a large element of all round office administration and customer services but with a slant towards managing their social media.
Day to day duties as part of a team managing these will include:
Answering the telephone and managing customer enquires
Liaison with other departments to ensure that customers’ orders are fulfilled
Processing orders and ensuring orders are ready for delivery
Dealing with the carriers to ensure orders are despatched and delivered in line with client requirements
Managing the companies stock book
Ensuring all invoices are checked and then passed to the accounts team for processing
In addition to these day to day tasks your role would specifically be responsible for:
Managing and updating the website
Producing and distributing company e-news
Managing all social media and content across all social media platforms
Researching industry news
Involvement in regular meetings to discuss social media content and strategy
The role will be approx.. 40% social media, 40% administration and 20% telephone based.
