Role Description

As CEO, you will be the strategic and operational heart of the organisation, responsible for:

Vision & Leadership

  • Shaping and articulating a compelling long-term vision
  • Building on the current momentum with fresh strategic direction
  • Representing the organisation with authenticity and authority

Growth & Partnerships

  • Expanding the reach and relevance of the Club nationally and internationally
  • Building strategic partnerships with sponsors, government, and corporate stakeholders
  • Diversifying income streams and driving commercial sustainability

Community & Culture

  • Leading with empathy, inclusivity, and purpose
  • Supporting and growing our network of club leaders, members, and ambassadors
  • Maintaining the community-driven ethos that makes us unique

Operational Oversight

  • Managing a small, remote team with clarity and compassion
  • Overseeing budgets, reporting, and key business operations
  • Embracing technology and innovation to scale impact efficiently

About You

You are someone who thrives in purpose-led leadership and brings:

  • Proven experience in leading a business, non-profit, or membership-based organisation
  • A deep passion for women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and community building
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, both online and in person
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to be hands-on and strategic
  • Commercial and operational acumen to drive sustainable growth
  • A collaborative, people-first leadership style

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience scaling a community-driven organisation
  • Background in coaching, business development, or event management
  • Existing connections in the UK’s business ecosystem for women
