Role Description
As CEO, you will be the strategic and operational heart of the organisation, responsible for:
Vision & Leadership
- Shaping and articulating a compelling long-term vision
- Building on the current momentum with fresh strategic direction
- Representing the organisation with authenticity and authority
Growth & Partnerships
- Expanding the reach and relevance of the Club nationally and internationally
- Building strategic partnerships with sponsors, government, and corporate stakeholders
- Diversifying income streams and driving commercial sustainability
Community & Culture
- Leading with empathy, inclusivity, and purpose
- Supporting and growing our network of club leaders, members, and ambassadors
- Maintaining the community-driven ethos that makes us unique
Operational Oversight
- Managing a small, remote team with clarity and compassion
- Overseeing budgets, reporting, and key business operations
- Embracing technology and innovation to scale impact efficiently
About You
You are someone who thrives in purpose-led leadership and brings:
- Proven experience in leading a business, non-profit, or membership-based organisation
- A deep passion for women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and community building
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both online and in person
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to be hands-on and strategic
- Commercial and operational acumen to drive sustainable growth
- A collaborative, people-first leadership style
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience scaling a community-driven organisation
- Background in coaching, business development, or event management
- Existing connections in the UK’s business ecosystem for women
