So, what exactly is Meraki? It's all about pouring your heart and soul into whatever you're doing, showing some love and creativity along the way. It's when you put a piece of yourself into the things that truly matter to you. When you've got that Meraki spirit, you're driven by desire, energy, and purpose.

Meraki isn't just a nice extra – it's the foundation for success and happiness in life. And if Meraki seems to be missing in action, there's hope. Start dreaming up a future that's all about you, on your own terms.
Brought to you by Helen Carouzos - Counselling Psychologist
Born in London, my family relocated to Australia when I was four, and it was there that I spent my formative years.
As a teenager, I developed a keen interest in understanding the intricacies of the human mind and the reasons behind our behaviours. This passion led me to pursue a career in psychology. After earning my Master's degree in counselling psychology, I spent many years working as a Practitioner Psychologist with individuals and businesses. Eventually, I decided to return to my roots in England.
Now based in Manchester with my spouse and two children, I manage my own private psychology practice. I am an HCPC registered counselling psychologist and a chartered member of the British Psychological Society.
When you choose to work with me, you’ll discover that I am highly motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic. I combine professionalism with a relaxed approach, believing that a sense of humour, when appropriate, can help normalise problems and aid in addressing the challenges you face.
