S is to fit a 32″ chest (size 10)
M is to fit a 34″ chest (size 12)
L is to fit a 36″ chest (size 14)
XL is to fit a 38″ chest (size 16)
XXL is to fit a 40″ chest (size 18)

Tees are slim fit – if your measurements are in between those listed in the size guide, I recommend picking the next size up for comfort and wiggle room!
