Kate Adey’s Expertise
Kate brings 20 years of consulting and coaching experience, having worked at a Big Four consulting firm and later specialising in leadership development. Her approach is deeply rooted in curiosity and authenticity, encouraging professionals to access clarity and confidence in their decision-making.
Through her personal journey, including navigating three maternity leaves and significant career transitions, Kate has redefined traditional
frameworks, favouring a reflective approach that empowers individuals to embrace challenges with resilience and purpose.
Kate’s coaching style is valued for its practicality and profound insight. By helping clients step back from the “noise” of their thoughts, she facilitates deep breakthroughs that drive both personal and professional growth.

Launching under Kate’s leadership, our Executive Coaching Circles are designed for senior professionals seeking clarity, growth, and community. These monthly, 90-minute virtual sessions bring together 6-8 executives in a confidential, supportive space to:
